This 35 minute program focuses on core fitness using the Resist-A-Ballâ„¢, mat and free weights. Starting with a warm-up on the ball you then move through three cycles of core work, one cycle of upper body then a cool-down and stretch. Cycle One consists of crunches on the ball using a variety of upper body and leg positions. The next Cycle incorporates a variety of side rotations using the legs and upper body. Cycle Three moves through plank variations and the last section utilizes the ball as you do chest presses, rear delt work and lateral raises.

David Sloniegura has managed to establish a name for himself in the fitness industry from over a decade as a personal fitness trainer, as well as being an internationally known fitness columnist. He holds an Exercise Science degree with additional education in Dietetics/Human Nutrition and is certified through the American Council of Exercise.
