Do you want to get in shape quickly, safely and have fun at the same time? Then Body Express, my personal trainer series, is the perfect program for you. It's a one-on-one session with me to help you get motivated while learning proper form and sculpting your way to a more shapely and healthy body.

This total-body-sculpting and calorie-burning workout targets large muscle groups with non-impact progressive resistance exercise. The result is more muscle tone and a stronger, high-energy body.

The Time Clock Graph allows you to work at your own fitness level while encouraging you to progress to higher levels. 30-60 seconds per exercise is Beginners, 60-90 seconds per exercise is Intermediate, and 90-120 seconds per exercise is Advanced. The music is timed to each exercise to provide rhythm and motivation, to make each exercise work for you.
