It blends the moves and grace of classic ballet with familiar fitness-style music and cuing. It's totally focused on long, shapely legs — even the fat-burning aerobic segments tone your thighs and calves. Pliés, relevés, piques and chassés - the movements and terminology are all ballet-inspired.

But, Leisa makes it easy-to-follow by introducing new moves at half-tempo and using straight-forward cuing (e.g. “now keep your heels together here”). Lots of optional turns and hops for added intensity and interest. The toning section is all standing “barrework.” A ballet barre or sturdy chair is required.

Note: To maintain the sexy theme, Leisa wears fancy dress shoes but she suggests you wear regular fitness footwear.
