A truly high-intensity program that includes both step and floor aerobics. Nothing fancy or complicated, this cardio challenge is simply fast-paced and non-stop (even Cathe admits she's breathing hard). The step segment features constantly-changing choreography blocks — you'll do the combo just once and then move on. The moves range from “bow & arrow” and “reverse ricochets” to “power scissors” and “turn jumps.” The non-step section is pure high-impact fun — bunny hops, air jacks, “leap frogs” and “jump ropes” (in alternating faster/slower intervals).
