You get “maximum stretching variety” with three separate workouts — floor, stability ball and Dyna-band stretching. Each program improves flexibility and reduces stress in a different way. The first segment requires no equipment; it includes both athletic and yoga stretches (standing and lying). Next, you'll add a stability ball to lengthen the actions or improve the body position (using moves that seem very natural, you never feel “forced” to work on the ball). Finally, you'll use a Dyna-band to control some stretches and deepen others (while also providing a gentle toning benefit). Throughout, Cathe's cuing is always fluid, calming and precise. Quiet music.

Stretch Max is a deep and thorough total body stretch program featuring three separate 20-minute workouts:

1. NON-EQUIPMENT BASED STRETCHING
2. STABILITY BALL STRETCHING
3. BAND-BASED STRETCHING

The stretches you will engage in share influences from basic stretching, to athletic-based, to yoga-based, as well as gymnastic-based. Feel free to do any or all of the segments three times per week. Also note that you should be completely warmed up before participating in the segments.
