She holds certifications from NASM, AFAA, AAAI, IM=X Pilates, and the Kane School of Core Integration, among others. Melissa's students benefit from her rich background in physical fitness, exercise science, and dance, and her audiences are consistently charmed by her energy and playfulness. Melissa lives, teaches, and dances in New York City.
