Aerobics, yoga, Pilates and stretch designed for post-pregnancy reshaping (4 to 8 weeks after delivery). Leisa just had her baby too, so she understands the physical and emotional challenges facing new mothers at this time. The easy-to-follow cardio burns fat.

The yoga strengthens and stretches the lower body. The Pilates targets your abs, glutes and pelvic floor. The stretch increases flexibility. These aren't watered down exercises, instead, they're proven routines chosen for their effectiveness and safety (e.g. no bouncy moves that might stress post-partum unstable hips).

A yoga ball is optional for the toning; a regular pillow will also work.
