Core cardio 2 delivers 39 minutes of continuous, heart thumping, calorie burning cardio fun with exciting new routines synchronized to hot new music. Ending boredom with the Firm's unique, extensive variety of exercises, Core Cardio 2 leaves you energized,, relaxed, smiling with your fitness goals in sight.

Core Cardio 2 is a perfect compliment to Core Cardio 1. Both of these workouts are led by three master Firm Instructors. Be prepared to burn serious fat as well as toning trouble areas.

A high energy opening warm up/stretch (4 minutes) uses light dumbbells to pre-heat your body fast. Tough abdominal work (3 minutes), uses slimming core stability moves and the weighted ball (optional 2 pound). Very intense, continuous cardio (39 minutes) is done the Firm way with light dumbbell routines (3-10 pounds) synchronized to great music. Along with ball sports drill and plyometric power jumps, this workout has low and high impact segments. A seated relaxing cool down/stretch (2 minutes) finishes this fun and exciting workout.
