About the Instructor:

Gilad is world renown for his cutting edge and highly effective workouts. He was inducted into the US National Fitness Hall of Fame in 2007 as a pioneer in the fitness industry.

A bootcamp kickboxing workout filmed on the flight deck of an actual US Navy aircraft carrier. The ship's energy is contagious — from helicopter landings in the background to Gilad's spirited class (a motivating mix of Navy sailors, Marines and civilian exercisers). The workout is no-nonsense and easy-to-follow — mostly classic kickboxing plus some calisthenics and core toning routines. It's taught add-on-style — Gilad starts with the basics, then progressively raises the intensity by adding new moves. The group's attitude is great; this group is both “disciplined” and “enthusiastic.”
