This program has 20 minutes of low-impact aerobics plus six workouts that train the abs, buns, and thighs. These workouts will accommodate a variety of fitness levels and personal goals.

Easy Toning is a misnomer that doesn't accurately describe this 1996 video. Normally toning means muscle strengthening through floor work or the use of light weights. However, in this 45-minute video, Denise Austin (in a swimsuit on a beach) offers not toning but four 10-minute stretching routines.

The first workout is the "A.M. Rev-Up," a gentle morning energizer that features standing stretches, light movement, and yoga's sun salutation.

The second workout, "P.M. Tension Release," helps you unwind and de-stress with stretches done sitting or lying on the floor.

The third workout, "Sports Stretch," can be used to warm you up or cool you down for your other exercise activities. The routine is done standing, and you use a towel to help you stretch.

The fourth workout, "Mind/Body Relaxer," presents breathing exercises and postures sometimes requiring balance, sometimes resembling tai chi, with affirmations.
