Walk Out DVD:
Two senior-oriented workouts that feature a motivating variety of low-impact aerobic moves. All your 1980's favorites are here — from step-touches to grapevines, from marches to ponies. You're sure to burn calories and strengthen your heart (safely and effectively). Jane makes it easy to follow with smooth transitions and simple eight-count choreography. The first program is very beginner. The second is slightly faster-paced with a few more combinations and arm motions. Both end with gentle standing/seated stretches. Jane's one-on-one instruction is genuine and senior-specific. Instrumental fitness music. ©2010.

Fit and Strong DVD
Two straight-forward programs that feature a diverse medley of simple strength and balance exercises. Jane clearly understands that she — and many of her followers — have gotten older. So she's designed these workouts to provide age-appropriate moves and benefit-driven cuing (“this move will help prevent falls”). The first workout is the easiest. It includes a blend of standing and sitting exercises (e.g. seated pelvic tilts). The second program is mostly standing; it uses proven moves like bicep curls, lateral raises and hamstring curls. Both workouts end with a soothing sequence of standing and seated stretches. No floorwork. Requires 2 to 5 lb. dumbbells. ©2010.

Firm and Burn DVD
An easy-to-follow aerobic workout plus a relaxing meditation segment. The cardio program burns calories and strengthens your heart with three diverse dance sections: Doo Wop, Latin and Old School Funk (using simplified steps like jazz squares, mambos and grapevines). Jane also includes lots of complementary arm movements that maximize the fun while boosting effectiveness. It's all taught add-on-style in a light-hearted manner with lots of friendly instruction (e.g. "feels like you're dancing barefoot on the sand"). The meditation program is quiet and relaxing; it begins with gentle stretches and ends with eyes-closed contemplation. ©2011.

Trim, Tone and Flex DVD
Separate upper and lower-body workouts plus a soothing relaxation segment. Both toning programs focus on strength, balance, flexibility and bone health. Many of these moves also emphasize "functional fitness" — exercises designed to make everyday activities easier and safer. Each workout begins with simple stretch and flexibility movements (e.g. "wrist rolls" to minimize arthritis discomfort). That's followed by a varied mix of classic and seniors-specific toning exercises (e.g. from traditional squats and overhead presses to seated bicep curls and modified push-ups). The ending segment is pure bliss — lying-on-your-back guided relaxation ("feel the tension leaving your legs"). ©2011.
