Basic: Beginning

This program is a comprehensive 60 minute intermediate workout complete with deep relaxation and visualization, followed by the first stage of a chakra meditation (Raja Yoga).

Imperial: Advanced
(30 minutes)

This rigorous 30 minute workout is aimed to satisfy the more skilled and committed yoga disciples. This strong program includes deep relaxation followed by the second stage of a chakra meditation (Raja Yoga).
