Spirit Breathing Exercises (now known as "Zookinesis") are an ancient form of Chinese chi-gung health exercise. These exercises make the body flexible and vibrant, improve range of motion of the joints and the elasticity of the connective tissue, ligaments and tendons. They are called, "Age Reversal Exercises" because they reverse the aging process. Spirit Breathing or "Zookinesis" exercises were derived from watching the movements of wild animals.

Bob Klein received his Tai-chi teaching certificate from Grandmaster William C. C. Chen in 1975 after many years of study. He has studied with several traditional healers of ancient cultures. Mr. Klein was a zoologist for many years, studying animals in their natural habitats. He became interested in Spirit Breathing (Zookinesis) exercises at an early age because it is based on the behavior of animals. Mr. Klein is presently the only surviving teacher of this system.
