This unique Step By Design DVD is an advanced step routine full of creative and fun choreography. The workout consists of three 64 count step combinations designed and taught by Presenter Carole Paradise. It promises to capture you from the start.

A classic step-aerobic fat-burner. Its familiar choreography is blended into progressively-more-intense, longer-than-usual combos. The moves are mentally challenging and physically demanding. But Carole's well-structured sequencing and confident approach makes them completely do-able (having refined the program in fitness workshops, she knows exactly how to cue each segment). It's taught add-on-style, usually two sets of complementary movements (e.g. an eight-count march followed by an eight-count “step knee, corner to corner”).
