This instructional DVD introduces Pilates professionals to the highest level of STOTT PILATES Reformer repertoire. Master Instructor Trainers Moira Merrithew and John Geary review select Advanced Reformer exercises, thoroughly breaking down movement patterns and demonstrating how strength, flexibility, balance, control and endurance are challenged to their highest degree. You'll learn how to use Reformer apparatus to escalate workload, altering the base of support and body position rather than increasing resistance. Many exercises performed continue the progression from the Essential and Intermediate levels, while others offer unique movement patterns. You'll learn how to teach and perform the exercises safely and recognize when clients are ready to proceed to this level of intensity.
