This beginner level workout is designed to teach Instructors peripheral joint stabilization on the Cadillac, Stability Chair and Barrels. You will learn how to rehabilitate upper and lower extremity issues and target specific areas of restriction or weakness in order to improve strength, coordination and endurance. With modification considerations to address individual clients’ needs, this DVD will help improve range of movement.
