The second DVD in Tracy's "Design" series. This program incorporates a straight-back chair into nearly every smooth-flowing sequence. The chair is used to increase resistance, expand range of motion and promote unique exercise variations (e.g. with your knee bent into the chair, you'll do "turned out rear diagonal leg lifts"). Many routines work in multiple planes to target the smaller muscles that define your body. Tracy's moves are definitely unique; you will have to leave your familiar comfort zone (but, that's okay; as Tracy says "let yourself go — trust me").

However, like all the "Design" programs, there are no rep counts and very little cuing — Tracy just describes the body positioning and then lets you follow her movements.

In Level Two of the Perfect Design Series, Tracy Anderson leads 47 minutes of innovative sequencing for intermediate level performers, including Warm Up, Abs workouts, Arms and Legs, Butt and Thighs. A Yoga Mat or towel and a chair is needed for this workout.
