In this video, she presents an easy-to-follow yoga routine designed for beginning students. The video is divided into four parts: Sun Salutations, Standing Postures, Floor Postures, and Relaxation and Visualization. Austin takes the viewer through each of the sections, which are designed to provide the body and mind with a complete program for suppleness, strength, and stress relief.
